The 24/7 Edmonton App, developed by REACH Edmonton in partnership with Homeward Trust Edmonton, collects real-time client data and shares information between front-line agencies to better serve vulnerable Edmontonians.

  • Integrated with Efforts to Outcomes Information System (ETO) to support front-line workers in the field
  • Generates maps and graphs for community and stakeholder reports
  • Dispatch system was added to ensure effective response times by teams
