Responding to Hate and Discrimination on the Front Line

In collaboration with the Alberta Hate Crimes Committee, REACH is sponsoring a session on Responding to Hate and Discrimination on the Front Line. 

This workshop will offer guidance to frontline service providers in recognizing hate and identifying ways to best support their clients and community members.

This workshop will:

  • Provide simple tools to help participants identify hate, racism, and discrimination
  • Develop capacity in bystander response
  • Provide spaces to document when incidents motivated by hate do occur
