The Triggered Brain

A workshop on enhancing self-awareness and prevention strategies for trauma informed approaches.

About this event
Presented by: The Today Centre and Trauma Informed Edmonton

Working with those who are easily triggered can be challenging. Trauma comes in many shapes and sizes and often manifests itself as “difficult behaviours” in others. In this lighthearted and informative workshop, participants will have hands-on opportunities to gain skills and insights into those they work with (and themselves), while identifying strategies to understand the triggered brain, to minimize triggered moments, and incorporate strategies to encourage self-awareness.

This training will take place from 10:00AM-12:00PM (MST)

The Zoom Link for the training will be emailed to you after you register.
