Building relationships is where the work begins and ends for me personally and professionally. I show up for the work at REACH because it builds its initiatives at the speed of trust and trust is the real force of any powerful change in regards to community safety and wellness.

I think REACH lives or dies on the hill of collaboration and partnership.  These approaches to working together tap into the people, their knowledge, skills, leadership and the potential in this community that in turn creates innovation and change.
