Masa is a seasoned HR executive with over a decade of progressive experience in human resources management in the construction industry. Passionate about people development, she finds fulfillment in helping her client groups realize their full potential, resulting in individual career growth and unmatched organizational success.
Masa was awarded the 2022 CPHR Alberta’s HR Impact Award and the 2019 Canada’s Top Recruiter Award. She has led initiatives optimizing talent acquisition, transforming company culture, and enhancing organizational reputation.
Starting her consulting business, Masa’s mission is to help Canadian companies achieve exceptional results through a highly engaged and productive workforce.
Currently, Masa serves as the Director of People & Culture (fractional) at Zero Point Cryogenics, a high-growth North American manufacturer of dilution refrigerators, advancing quantum technology. An active community builder, she chairs the Workforce Planning and Attraction Committee with the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and serves on the boards of PHBI, ERIEC, and REACH Edmonton Council. She is also a mentor with Junior Achievements and a volunteer with NAIT.
Masa holds several professional designations, including CPHR, SHRM-SCP®, CTMP, an Executive Talent Management Master’s Diploma, and BAs in Human Resources Management and English Literature & Linguistics.
