RaeChelle-Faith Hamilton-Ankamreddy is a government relations and public policy professional with a strong commitment to community safety, equity, and social justice.
She serves as the Senior Government Relations & Policy Analyst at the Network for the Advancement of Black Communities (NABC), where she leads initiatives in housing policy, community development, and systems change. With over eight years of experience across the non-profit, public, and private sectors, RaeChelle-Faith brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic advocacy, and governance. Her work spans housing, immigration, education, and justice reform, with a focus on supporting Black and equity-deserving communities.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies and is currently pursuing an MBA in Change Management at Carleton University. RaeChelle-Faith also serves on the boards of ElderCare Edmonton, Immigrant Champions of Canada, and Sage Seniors Association, and is a board member of Camp Agape Vermont, a unique program providing a supportive camp experience for children with incarcerated or formerly incarcerated family members.
Outside of her professional work, RaeChelle-Faith enjoys mentoring
youth she has worked with over the years and traveling with her family.
